Our safe work practices and quality management systems

We understand the importance of following health and safety requirements when it comes to cleaning a school and classrooms. When cleaning, we create a safe environment for our staff, your staff, students and visitors, avoiding all safety hazards. Schools and other education environments have a large number of people moving around, so it’s critical that we look out for people’s safety by implementing safe work practices. All of our staff are trained to our high standard of safe work practices.

When you work with us, you will be assigned a Supervisor who is responsible for managing your cleaning team and who will be your single point of communication with Triven. Our quality management system makes sure our work is of a consistently high standard.

Our qualifications and certifications

• All of our cleaners have a current Working With Children (WWC) clearance
• Our cleaners also undergo mandatory national police checks
• Our management team members have a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
• We are trained in risk management, work health and safety (WHS) and chemical safety
• We conform to all statutory regulations
